I’m seeking investors to Join Me in This New Phase of Growth!
My passion for real estate pulses through my veins. So does my grit.
While most women who grew up in a second-generation, Italian household never wear tool belts, I took a different route.
I grew up with my father’s master carpentry skills guiding me to develop my own and my mother’s massive push to be anything I put my mind to be—regardless of which gender normally held that role.
There was no thinking “I can’t do that because I’m a girl.” The combination of all this and growing up witnessing financial struggle gave me the ability to launch and run a handful of successful businesses. It also gave me my strength and determination.
I thank God for this because when I was faced with my husband becoming disabled during his second tour in Iraq, I needed to figure out how to supply enough income for the two of us and our three boys. As his primary caregiver, holding a regular job is not an option.
When I look back, it was one of those defining moments…when everything you’ve ever experienced comes full circle.
So here I am, passing on my family’s legacy, proving that a woman can wield tools, have the vision and carry the strength necessary to grow a successful real estate investing business that always includes fine craftsmanship.
And now you know why restoring is my calling.
Restoring is my calling and I work with the idea that you get out what you put into something.
While most house flippers just crunch numbers when they’re evaluating a deal, I am building a vision that will carry the torch for those who sell me their properties.
Rather than try to get a property for the lowest price, my main objective is to actively listen to see what problems I can solve.
Take Joyce, for example. She was sitting on a property with which she had no idea what to do. The rear exterior wall was structurally unsound and caved in.
I guided her to spend a few hundred dollars on a consultation with an engineer. I knew that once we knew what the problems were, I could either buy it from her as-is or I could enter into an agreement with her to flip the house for her and we could split the profits after the cost of construction.
Joyce had never met anyone who was willing to spend time with her to figure out what she needs and give her options.
This is a part of the business I love. Helping people out of sticky situations.
For me, it’s not all about the money and I think this is what has allowed me to be so successful. I am set to clear six figures on my newest project.
Alongside a strong team, I’ve been able to create custom designs on a “Prefab” timeline. We use such substantial systems, we can move quickly all while paying attention to detail.
Our projects typically go from demolition to market-ready in 8-12 weeks.
We spend a lot of time in consideration of how to maintain a neglected property’s character and bring it back to life.
There’s a deep connection here.
I feel that these homes deserve a second chance just like me.

I’ve done 8 flips over the past 4 years and I have held 4 of them. My focus is on fix & flips, short-term & mid-term rentals for the higher profit margins and decreased risk involved with holding a long-term lease. I’ve done all of this with my own money. Imagine what I could do with the right capital partners.
If you or someone you know has a property that they don’t want or can’t afford, please get in touch. Life happens. I meet with people who are in all kinds of predicaments. My number one priority is to help get them out and create a win-win situation.
To anyone who sends me a lead, I pay a hefty referral fee for any deal I close.
